On Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 1 p.m., the eighth webinar within the “Teachers for Teachers” education programme will be held, which is implemented as part of the BrAIn project with the aim of providing support to teachers in delivering the curriculum Artificial Intelligence: From Concept to Application.
Through the exchange of experiences and examples from teaching practice, participants will explore different approaches to integrating artificial intelligence into lessons and extracurricular activities. An experimental project in physics will be presented in which students use AI tools to record and analyse data and present research results, thereby developing the scientific method, problem-solving skills and digital competences. One of the topics is also “Green AI,” which examines the environmental impact of large language models by comparing the energy consumption of different digital activities and encourages the development of students’ digital and environmental awareness.
Participants will also become familiar with experiences in using digital tools in teaching artificial intelligence, including their advantages, challenges and the role of the teacher in contemporary learning. Examples of project-based learning will show how students, with the help of AI, can explore local history and contemporary challenges such as climate change and develop scenarios for the future development of their communities.
The webinar provides an overview of various possibilities for applying artificial intelligence in education, with an emphasis on the development of critical thinking, responsible use of technology and the active role of students in learning.
